This system will retail @$1590.00. The Pro-Drag 4 cdi alone costs$1086.00 vs the Pro-12 at $676.00.
This is a complete system and all you would have to do is wire the 4 signals from ecu to cdi and we supply 4 pin plug with pins so you can unplug the trigger harness for servicing.

Remember this is for Drag racing ONLY and will overheat if street driven. This is 250milli joules vs 75milli joules of the Pro-12 in HIGH POWER mode. Are there any tuners that would like to comment on the benefits of also having sequential ignition?

Thanks for the encouragement
We're also working on a system utilizing the Pro-14 which is also 4 channel. This would be the system for standalone ecu cars so they can utilize sequential ignition.
It will also be suitable for street use

My question is how long you can run the drag ignition ?

I have heard conflicting advice on it.

I guess we will find out from Ifarted.

I like to run my car on the street from time to time so I dont know if it will work for me.

I have considered sequental with a pro 14 opr two pro 12's

The Pro-14 in High Power mode would be suitable for your application since you occasionally drive it on the street.

I would suspect the Pro-Drag 4 would over heat fairly quickly if street driven. They are pricey...so I wouldn't want to find out

In addition to the extra spark energy, you have now also freed up time for proper coil dwell at super high rpms by firing the spark every other revolution.

For my drag car, I never wanted to have spark issues. I converted from the factory single coil dizzy to four CBR600F4i coils backed by an MSD DIS4+. I have never had spark issues

Good point....more time in between cycles gives the coil more time to charge which also means a hotter spark
Those Nippondenso cbr600rr coils are very efficient and we will most likely be switching to those in the future especially for the pro-drag 4's system. The Chrysler 300m coils although they have proven themselves they are power hungry and not very efficient. It's similar to audio amplifiers....some are more efficient at what they do.
Although you haven't had any misfires doesn't mean you won't see benifits from switching to the Pro-Drag 4.....there would be benifits in your application also sometimes an ignitions weakness can be seen in the jagged lines of your dyno curve and this can be smoothened across the band. If you could pick up 1/2 of a tenth at your level it would be worth it
Your obviously doing the right things and your on the right path that car hauls a@@
