nope the muff is still black. Mine did have a big scratch on it when I got it. I just took some high temp BBQ grill paint and touched it up.

 

I got the exhaust in the mail yesterday. I'm pretty impressed with the paint job actually. I wasn't expecting anything spectacular since I just wanted an inexpensive 3" exhaust, but it looks nice! It is just sitting on my floor right now. I'll take a few photos before I install.
