GSC S2 + stock valvetrain?

1)how the car sound at idle with the S2's and how the driveability?
2)is there anyone that's using this cam on the stock valvetrain?
3)i know gsc tells u to upgrade the spring and retainers but its like another $500 to install that, i recently spoke to sean ivey and he said that u could run the S2's on the stock valvetrain.

why don't you go to GSC website to find out? it says you need upgraded valve train!
as far as better sounding idle? that is very subjective, personally I like smooth idle.

srry about the revolver 272 i could have sworn they made them but i guess not.
i thought that you needed to upgrade the valvetrain on the S2 but i just talked to sean ivey and he said that it will be fine if u dont go over 8K

by looking at your setup i would recommend you get valvetrain, with a GT35R going close to if not past 8k might be a good idea to obtain a better powerband. In regards to your post, I would choose the GSC S2s based on the fact that they've been proven to work.
