swap your turbo. You'll still need an extra few bucks for injectors.

The polished manifold cover has got to be worth at least 15whp up top... lol...

Seriously, package 2 is probably the way to go. You could always consider getting a IX turbo, and still have a few $'s left over.

This is what S2 runs>>> https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=328804

This is my HKS 280's>>>https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=307136
I can run high 11's easily with it now.(on stock 16g turbo) I am sure there is more out there that uses HKS 280's that has faster time

According to Greg of GSC....

S2

The S2 cams are designed for those with a GT35R-GT4067 Turbo. No low end power is lost vs the stock cams when used with the larger turbo. The S2 cams will show gains of 50-70whp over the stock cams and in some cases more in the higher RPMS. Great for 2.0L engines revving to 9000rpms or for Stroker motors revving to 8000rpms. The S2 Cams require upgraded valve springs (check out GSC’s Chro-Molly Retainers and single valve spring kit for a perfect upgrade to your valve train). Designed for a rev range of 4000-9000 RPMS(2.0L or 3000-8000 2.2L+), 550-900whp applications. Not suggested for smaller stock appearing turbo setups. S2 cams can run on Factory ECU with custom flashing.

Get the S1 if you want GSC cams....but if you are upgrading turbo anytime soon then keep the S2's.
Buy my HTA35R kit and keep the S2

in my opinion an 8 is garbage with out cams

The s2's are a great choice but so is a licp, If it were me i would try to find a way to get both, might take a while to find some good deals but i think in the end it will be worth it.
