Most Accurate Boost Gauge

I am currently having an issue where my AUTOMETER Boost Gauge (Phantom) reads 26 psi, and my HKS EVC read 23.8-24.5 psi. I dunno anymore which 1 is more accurate. I would like to get the most accurate boost gauge for my car so there is no confusion.

So out of all the gauges out there which is the best?

Either go with a Defi gauge, or the AEM Digital. I just switched to the AEM because it uses a Map sensor to detect the boost. Very nice product!

I also have an Autometer BG. Stock boost: 19-19.5 PSI. Occasionally 20 PSI on a cold night in 4th or 5th gear. Check out Stewart Warner.

Dont go defi, mine has shown to be at least a lb or two off when I actually logged my car.

Is that why Defi is one of the top gauges used by people on here? Mine read perfect, only reason I switched is it wouldnt go to 40 psi for my new set-up.

zetronix that uses a 5bar map sensor that can be calibrated to your atmospheric pressure

Do some searches on here, other people have noticed they're slightly innaccurate I believe electricblue evo (or is he soon2beevo on here) noticed it along with al from dynoflash... Just because its popular doesnt mean its the most accurate.

True. I have Defi's as well. At peak boost the needle seems to spike higher than it really is. When we logged my car on the dyno it was reading 24.5 psi peak back to back runs. But the guage would consistently go way past 25psi. After the peak boost however it was fine until redline reading accurately.

I have heard of a mod where you clamp something inside to adjust the guage, but it was kinda iffy looking so I just let it be.

I've been using a Greddy electronic boost gauge for 4+ years and still reads dead on.

The only gauge that's gonna be accurate is a digital one with a MAP sensor that allows calibration for your atmospheric pressure.
