Just remember he also added an intercooler, still great gains none the less but its a combo of two parts not just one.

Did you do a baseline run the same day the mods were installed or was your first number from a different time?

For refference, do you know what a stock evo 9 makes on their dyno? The gains from the cams looks sweet, But your peak power is stupid high for a DD.

the power number of 337/330 was from last year without cams and FMIC. As soon as the car got on the dyno and was ready to go, Junior loaded my current ROM and was less then impressed with the current "style" of tune. so he made a lot of changes before we even started. so I had no real baseline from the old tune. If I am not mistaken the first pull we made was somewhere around 350 and it went up from there.

As for the powerband being pointless or useless on a DD? I dont really agree with that. it makes plenty of TQ all over the place which makes is fun. I dont need to rev it out all the time to get full power.

So far I am loving the car and how it pulls. midrange is nutty, spool is great, and it doesnt feel like I am pulling a refrigerator anymore in the mid to high revs.

Man with meth and a slightly more aggressive tune, this is going to be a stock turbo monster. Junior is a great tuner. Sorry I also posted in your other thread in the other section

i would like to see the power on meth with the stock turbo, but I am not a big fan of meth to be honest. Right now this is enough power, though I always say that, and it always wears off. So we'll see what happens. I am looking foward to going to the track one night soon. I will def let you guys know how I do.
