Twin Plate Clutch

Guys,

Just installed a twin plate clutch (HKS GD Max). Is it normal for it make noise once clutch paddle in depressed after engagement. Sorry I'm not too good at explaining things. It feels like once the clutch is engaged, and then clutch depressed (free gear), the clutch plates still continues spinning thus making the sound.
