yes..i kept the .82 hotside....i dont mind lag...most my racing is in a straight line anyways..
regarding the 1000cc's..i was surprised it only took 5 minutes to get the car to idle right although i am also running the M3 cams on the stock ecu.

I know these guys that are used to high hp evos arent' that exited about this type of power anymore but holy crap. I was in a HTA35R car and it felt a ton faster than mine with a base tune just to get it running and it was putting about 474whp before the final tune. I'm sold.

my mechanic who builds a big turbo/stroker evo almost every week..was so impressed with my setup...he is used to hks GT3040's/3037s...standard 35r's..

i havent been in many big turbo evos..so i really dont know..but i know one thing for sure is that the lag..although existant..is in my opinion very overrated...for my type of racing anyhow.

Just curious, in the first post you say you have the HTA35 Cast kit, yet you then say you have a .82 housing. The cast kit comes with the FP .7 stainless housing, just curious have I misread something here?

Sounds like you are goin to have alot of fun with it btw.
