hey, my wife was driving her evo8 home yesterday when she heard a noisy like a pop, the car started acting like it was hitting fuel cut as she is pulling over. she got out and notices that there isnt a flat tire, i drive the car home in 5th gear at like 25 mph, if i pass 1100 to 1300 rpms i hit fuel cut. i took the bumper out and checked the ic pipes and intercooler to see if there is any leaks. i check the turbo and suction side has a lil bit of oil resting there and the pressure side has no oil. the turbo shaft has a lil bit of play. the service engine soon light is on p0134 code its for the o2 sensor bank 1. when the car is idling i rev it up and the bov valve is not as loud as it used to, its running rich and stays in open loop and it hardly idles does anyone know how can i check the o2 sensor if its good. and any sugestions on what else to check? has anyone gone trought this before what did you do to fix the problem. the car has a catback intercooler pipes and boost controler.

You must replace the front 02 sensor as when it throws a code for the front 02 sensor the car goes in a limp mode and runs very rich
