Again...Which turbo should I go with?

Once again I have another debate on which turbo I should go with. I had decided to go green but I ran into another turbo kit that uses the stock manifold. The ATP 3076R Stealth Kit. Does anyone have any information on this kit vs the FPGreen. I kinda know which way I want to go but also want to know what you guys think so...

ATP 3076R BB Stealth Turbo kit or FPGREEN

Search ATP and you will find out that they have a hard time making the same power as other kits. The adapter plate to use the oem mani I believe was the root cause.

F the ATP, go for Evo Green!

If you want a 3076, get the HTA one from FP/Buschur/AMS. That'll be a lot more than a green though :P

no atp, youll be sorry if you get that.

go green youll be happy. if your worried about making more power, get hta35r...

look at how fast the 35 spools, and we know its capable of over 500hp. i see no lag with it.

but if you dont want to go that big, get the green. dont go with a 30 you will regret it. the green is a monster, spool at any rpm thats drivable. and good power too. for a stock motor its unbelievable.

but id still go with the hta35, but go green otherwise.

It's already been said, but the Green is a monster and STILL hasn't seen it's full potential. It is so versatile. Early spoolup, responsive and ton's of power when pushed a little. You will never regret getting the Green, but you could regret NOT getting it.

If your set on the ATP kit go for the GT3071r with a .63 Housing...

The spool on the 76 is after 4000rpm the lag is not worth the extra 50HP.

The only benefit the GT3071r will have over the green is a less restrictive Hotside and potentially better exhaust gass flow at high RPM...

Green and the HTA35R are the most recomended Turbos on this forum, they do need significant supporting mods to run effeciently though so may not suit everyones needs...

Good Luck

A 3071 will not outflow an FP Green. I know, I used to run a 3071 (.48 and .63). It was not that impressive at all, and spooled later than my current 50 trim.

If you'd like the benefits of a tubular manifold and larger turbo combination such as the GT3076R but still want to retain the stock look, Speed Element in CA has been able to adapt the stock manifold cover to our Super Value Turbo Kit. The new redesigned SV manifold is even lower profile, making that even easier. Here's a picture of our latest manifold design:

And the kit on our site - http://www.extremeturbosystems.com/M...duct_info.html
