Hi!

I mounted a Exedy tripple metallic clutch to day, now to the problem!
Wen i puch down the clutch pedal it makes a loud wining sound! im not thinking of the rattle..

Anywone have an idea??

double check you installed the disks correctly, did you install a new throw out bearing?

 

My twin makes that noise sometimes starting in first gear and downshifting. I rev match on all down shifts and it doesn't make the noise. From the research I've done the noise is normal nothing to worry about.

 

The trow out bearing is new..

Also.. when i pusch the clutch all the way to the floor and give gas the car movs forward!? it´s no air in the system..

Can i put the disks in wrong order?
