Tranny Fluid Change

Well I've been reading for the past hour and still have one more question. I plan to change tranny, rear diff and TC oil soon. Rear Diff and TC will use Diaqueen LSD SAE 90.

For the tranny, I'm contemplating three options:

3qts Redline MT-90
2qts Redline MT-90, 1qt Redline MTL
2qts Redline MT-90, 1qt BG Synchroshift II

I live in Ohio so we get some cold winter days. Whats the advantage of using the MTL or BG Synchroshift? I really don't beat the car, I just want it to shift clean and be safe (ie: not break).

Thanks

I have been in the same position as you, and realized in the end that it comes down to how you drive your car, and your preference in fluids. The ones mentioned have all been talked about positively and negatively. You know what I'm talking about. That said, after my research, I went with Amsoil's fluid, given that I drive mine daily. I received decent, unbiased reviews that come from the members who used their car the same way I used mines.

I went with 3 quarts of MT-90 to give the tranny a little bit better protection.
