I'm gonna buy a TurboXS IC; should I buy Samco IC hose?

I'm gonna buy a TurboXS IC; should I buy Samco IC hose?
I'm gonna buy a TurboXS FMIC. I'm considering going with Samco IC hose (for cost) instead of using a hard pipe kit. Is this a mistake? Would I gain more HP by using a hardpipe kit instead? Thanks!

Not sure how long the hoses will last in the Florida heat vs. the acutally hard pipes. Why don't you get the FMIC combo with the hard pipes

if you're going fully for cost, might as well get an ebay FMIC. they're like $200. should have no problem getting hard pipes then.
