problem: like my title states i get a p0139 code (Oxygen Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank1, Sensor2)) only in heavy rain. it has happened twice now. i am pretty sure its related to having the patch applied that removes the down stream 02 sensor from the ecu to avoid the cat efficiency code due to my test pipe. but just wanted to make sure since i didn't find anything relating this to rain. TY
