Correct AFR???

I am actually being tuned and in the proces of understanding a little bit more about it I would like to know the correct AFR values of the runs I am loging and sending to my tuner. I send him back to back logs for runs in 3rd gear starting at 2500rpm to redline. Everytime he checks them he sends me 2 added fuel counts from 3000 to redline and 1 degree advance. I checked the logs myself and I see that while I hold throttle steady at 2500 RMP the AFR reads 14.7, but when I hit full throttle it starts going down until 10.3 at around 6000 rpm then to finish at 11.3 at redline. Is this lean? and that is why he keeps adding fuel? I checked the knock count and it reads 0 all over the RPM band. At the end of the tune, what AFR should I expect at all RPM values?
Thanks

Yeah you don't want 9.2 with a 4psi boost leak at WOT lol

Your car will buck violently.
