just got car bac

and i get home check oil from company that tuned it and its really low so i fill it up and turn the key and now i got a loud a$$ knock noise can any one help me out????? and now its reading to much oil would that make the oil pump not pump cause there is to much in pan??

Even if it had to much oil it shouldn't knock..How much oil did you put in? Was it knocking before you added oil?Doesn't sound good man! What was done at the shop?

Did you check RIGHT when you got home?

And did you check RIGHT after filling it back up?

Two very important things. Either way, something isn't happy.

checked before i started added oil it read half way headed to a buddies around corner it was making noise then got to his filled up its a lil over and its still knocking the same noise really loud and sucks cuase i just got it back and paid so much

doesn't sound good. Probably detonated or something on the dyno.

lol what ever it is there covering it cause i dumped 14 plus into it for them to do it right so there problem now

Yeah, definitely not an oil issue if you checked before you started up your car and added more oil. Unless it ran low on the dyno.

Remember that as the oil gets hot, it expands, so you will appear to have more oil than you do. If I've been driving my car and try running the oil check, it usually wants to wait 20-30 min before it can get an accurate reading.

so i took my car down to shop that did it and they said i have to pay for all labor and new parts wich is messed up when its there fault never taking any cars there ever again
