is this turbo stock for evo 8 GSR ?

 

I think you are going to need a better pic than that to tell if its a stock turbo, try taking a pic of the front of the turbo with the part numbers, then you will know for sure.

 

looks like a stock type turbo. But it could be evo 9 or 20g.

 

Deff need to snap another pic so we could see it from a better angle

oh i do recognize the Borla exhaust manifold though. the older ones had the lackluster coating (like yours, and mine) that flaked off after a few hundred miles. get it jet coated and it'll look "very nice"<---Borat.

 

looks stock to me but the only way you'll fine out more info is to get a better pic so we can see the # on it

but if your car is mostly stock then its prolly stock as well

 

here is better picture of turbo , seems like its stock , why someone puts manifold and full hks exhaust without changing turbo , how much will be improvement with this mods?

 

Sure looks like a VIII turbo. At least the compressor housing has the 9.8 written on it.
