PO234 and PO300 out of nowhere?

So I've been reading about the new perrin intake that gained buttloads of power even without a retune and inquired about the old style intake. The designs are virtually the same and I was told that they would have the same effect, well...they were wrong.

Anyways, I installed it to see if I could find any gains but the car wouldn't idle and didn't do well unless I had my foot on the go pedal. No problem, I switched it out and now under full boost, I experience the po234 code along with the po300. Now, before the intake, I had never had this code come up and my car is tuned for the mods that I have on the car. I had to turn the boost down after putting my cone back on because from a low rpm the car backfires. I installed new plugs and gapped them closer but it still backfires. So instead of running 30-31psi on my boost gauge, it can only go to 27-28psi because anymore than that and I just get a loud bang.

I'm not sure what's causing this. I reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery before and after the putting on the new intake and my cone filter. Did my tune change at all? Why would my car back fire and throw these codes even after I put the original setup back on? I'm going to go over it again and recheck everything but can anyone help? Thanks

Everything is just how it was. I can't run the same amount of boost and may be wondering if the tune changed at all. Any other input anybody?
