redline question

redline question

yesterday I was revving my engine while in neutral and noticed that it cuts out at around 4-5k. I took it out for a drive but it seemed to revv past that smoothly. Is that normal? By the way my evo 9 is all stock

Its called a Launch Control/ or a stationairy revlimiter, thats normal.

I know its your first post and your probably gonna get flamed.
