Help!wont hit 1 PSI of boost
Bobby has been working on it, and we dont think its a boost leak, ill go back and check all the lines again, but if the intercooler pipeing is all good where could the lines be screwed at ?

pull all the pipes off and check for cracks and leaks...........go over to jasons like we said and pick up his boost leak test and do that after you put the pipes back on
other than that just be patient and the master mechanic will have your beast up and running again..............LOL
for others reading......his MAF is fine!!!!......he used mine and still had same problem

Had the same thing happen to me, after checking all obvious things, I found this. Don't ask me how it happened, it just did.
It was weird driving NA.

Somehow I lost my flapper too.

GL, let us know what you find.

The problem is not Boosting. the problem is that you hit the gas and she pegs the afrs to the 9s because she jump to the 140-155 loads under vacuum, hence the rich AFRs. Is a sensor or a pipe totally disconnected....

try swapping ecu's yet? And the OP says that it hits 1 psi. The ecu is going to run pig rich if it expects a lot of air to be there and it is not when in open loop operation. Just trying to help, its hard not having all of the info and being so far away. But, yes it seems electrical because of the carwash.

Follow your vacuum lines going from the intake manifold to the boost controller, bov, etc.
I had a similar problem, absolutely no control over boost.
My vac line coming off the intake manifold had torn, venting the air into the atmosphere.
P.S. just because all the charge piping is tight, doesnt mean that their aren't leaks! The gasket coming off the compressor side blew out on my car as well!
