with the meth on there you should put down some really good numbers.. like u stated earlier if you do go 35r you will make hella more up top and def be alot closer to 500 then with the 50 trim

Correct me if I am wrong here but I belive the 35r can be a direct swap out for the 50trim you have. You may want to find out with turbotrix but that would mean only needing the turbo. Then you could sell your turbo all in all easy transaction without spending a ton

No. When I had the TTR 50trim their 02 housing flange was completely different to the flange off the 35r. I guess it was an old style flange but either way I swapped the 02 housings to the 35 and the car was way more responsive between shifts and I made 473whp at 23psi on pump and meth. I could not boost any higher was I was having ignition problems from my coils.

You can upgrade your 50Trim Turbo with bigger wheels...

A 60-1 Compressor wheel with a AR70 T04S Cover can flow 61lbs

So maybe thats another option.

Is seems lag isnt an issue for you so you don't mind going with a GT35R

other option might be a HTA3076R it can flow 57lbs so can make 500whp more easily than a 50Trim.

Well i dont think the lag in the 50 trim is bad at all
what do the 35r hta or the turbos you listed spool up at?

i believe a regular 35r hits full spool around 4500-4700 rpms... and an hta 35r hits a couple hundred rmps earlier.... probably around 4100-4400

Oh well 4100-4400 wouldnt be THAT much more that the 50 trim.

So is there anyway to upgrade to a hta 35r without having to get the entire kit? I emailed turbo trix and ams asking them, but id like to see if anyone on here knows

Turbotrix will need to confirm but the simple solution I believe would be to order your 35R with the same exhaust housing your 50Trim has...

So if you have a 5 bolt ford style T3 Housing then you need to order a GT35R with this very same exhaust housing - I think ATP does offer this option.
