i recently blew my evo 9 turbo and try rebuilding it changed the compressor wheel and all the parts and it's better but i think it's still busted won't really boost


so im looking for my options

and $205 shipped seems like a great deal


does anyone drive on this custom setup from ssautochrome?


regular t3/t4 turbo will perfectly bolt up?

what's wrong with the stock manifold?

two best options...

-full race
-ported and coated stocker

 

I have it and so far it has held up better than my buschur manifold did........mods in sig

 

you mean the xspower full race knockoff? how long have you been running it?

 

iI bought the same manifold from my friend he bought it and never used to so i took the offer. I reinforced the welds with my uncle who owns a weldind shop & i also welded 2 brackects to support the turbo, i got it heat jet coated and i havent installed it yet .... but a friend has been running it, for 7 months without reinforce,coating and it's still going strong with no cracks wat so ever hope that helps?

 

i would never buy anything for my car from a company where even some of their products are known to fail. and especially not from one that's been reported to the better business bureau.

These are not flanged for the stock turbo anyways. Go with a ported stock mani from PPI or Buschuer.

Also I do run there TBE and FMIC from XSpower they both work great. But I wouldnt go with there manifold. They used to sell there mani and downpipe for like $120 shipped.

 

SS Autochrome? Are you kidding me? Way to support the fake/hack/clone industry. Keep supporting those pirates. Enjoy your cheaply made, low quality parts.

 

I wouldn't put this on a daily driven car for sure
