Greddy Ti-c would be my #1 pick. It's pretty loud but more important it sounds really good! This is what I'm getting for my IX eventually.

If you want a loud exhaust the ETS is deafening.

Of the 3 listed the HKS carbon sounds the best IMHO, however it is also a 2.5 inch neck down system. In very high horse power applications the HKS Carbon should not be considered, however if 300-350HP is your goal it will work fine.
Do a YouTube search, that's where you can hear the different exhausts and what sort of sounds they make. I have Greddy Racing Titanium, you talk about Loouuuddd...!...

The Greddy is the loudest but you notice much of a performance difference between those exhausts

I have the tic on my IX and I like it. The fit and look are perfect, the sound is pretty good, but if you want the loudest one possible, I'm not sure it's right for you. The exhaust is definitely not quiet but I've heard louder. Also it does taper at the cat, along with the HKS, not sure about the apexi.

The Greddy exhaust does taper but it's not a big deal since it's an 80mm piping...it tapers down to 76mm(3in) correct me if I'm wrong.
