To heat treat or not!!!!!!!!!

Just installed an AMS turbo back exhaust, car sounds amazing!

after install I noticed the massive DP sits kinda close to everything so my questions are:

Have you guys had any issues with heat after installing an aftermarket DP? (such as the under-tray melting or increased oil temps?)

Has anyone Jet hot or swain coated the DP?

Would simple heat wrap be sufficient?

or should I just leave it be?

Thanks for all of your input

Down pipe never caused me any problems.

If it makes you feel better though just wrap it... a lot of poeple do. No need to spend the $$ or down time on coating.
