anyone know the quietest catback??

Does anyone have there input on what might be the quietest catback exhaust out there? I have heard the ralliart is quiet as well as the rmr. Does anyone have any of these or any other recomendations? Thanks for the help.

Ralliart is definitely quieter than the RMR. If you look at the pics on my profile, the Advan car had the Ralliart exhaust. My personal car (the blue one) has the RMR exhaust. I really liked the Ralliart one, but after hearing my car on the Autocross, I LOVE IT!!! I let a driving instructor take it out so I could watch and listen and it was awesome!! Just depends on what you want. Ralliart is good and quiet.

Haven't heard it myself yet (I will get the chance next Sunday at the autoX at FedEx Field), but jwtodd60 got a titanium JIC Magic Spartan DE Type 2 catback which he says is quieter than stock... Read his post yourself:

RMR is the only aftermarket exhaust that is under the 95 dB limit

I have watched Rhys do a decibel test on the RMR exhaust, so I know it was under 95dB. I think it was 93 or 94. The other thing is that I am CERTAIN the Ralliart is under 95dB. At full throttle, the RMR is much louder than the Ralliart. Don't get me wrong, I love my RMR exhaust, but if you want quiet, I think the Ralliart is the best.

Wait for GReddy. They almost always make great sounding exhausts that are quiet when you want, don't drone, and still make good power. I know their exhaust for the WRX was one of the quietest you could buy, and it was well under 95 dB.

I don't know about the dB levels, but I got an AMS cat back from DRC Imports, and couldn't be happier.

I just installed my new B&B turbo-back system . It's slightly louder than stock with the cat delete pipe. I also drove it before with the stock cat installed and it was no louder. Performance is impressive.

I think the RMR sounds great.Alot deeper at idle but not to loud and sounds good at highway speeds and under full throttle but no to load to attractive too much attention. And I did notice an improvement with The old but Dyno

Lightbulb Dyno run this weekend

I heard an RmR this weekend on a local dynojet and it was DEFINITELY NOT a quiet system. Now, granted the guy was catless, but still - that system is VERY loud.

Supposedly the B&B is very quiet for what it does, and even catless is well within the 95dB. I have also been talking to my buddy Nathan @ TurboXS and he states that his new RFL catback Titanium system is very quiet on the car. Anyone have this system?

Cheers

JaMa

new RFL catback Titanium system is very quiet on the car. Anyone have this system?
Second this request. Anyone out there who is actually running the TurboXS RFL. I also asked Nathan and said that is was nothing like the WRX RFL. The one for the Evo is suppose to be quiet and without the cabin drone. Would love to hear from someone with one.
