30k Maintance

Setup
2006 GG Evo SE
30k miles
GT30R
10k miles on plugs
MAF translator

Since winter the car has started to run a little rough. Im thinking of doing the following getting it back in check.

New plugs, flush transmission fluid, flush rear end fluid, cleaning air filter, retuning car (was tuned summer). Going to replace some of the vacuum lines also.

My car backfires a bit, and feels like its missing power.

Any other things im missing?

shouldn't need new vacuum lines but everything else should be done. 30k on stock plugs is most likely causing the backfires.

I'd change the T-case fluid also if you haven't done that a couple times already.

What fluids are needed for this? and where is the best place to buy?

Transmission fluid = what fluid?
Rear end fluid = what fluid?
Transfer case fluid = what fluid?
