My name is John, I'm from Russia and I have EVO6. I tried to install turbo kit HKS Kansai GT3037S and there is a problem: inlet diameter in turbine is 100mm, but standart air flow sensor is about 70mm. What should I do in this situation?

Waiting for TODA stroker kit 2323cc, JUN 264 camshafts+springs+adj.pulleys.

I know my russian sucks.

I would suggest to get the HKS intake pipe and Hyper filter. The compersser inlet is just to large for stock.

Now if your able to tune Via MAP from your Power FC just get rid of the MAF all together and put a filter onto the inlet.

I have attached a pic of the HKS inlet pipe and filter.

As you can see it much larger dia. were it meets the turbo inlet.

I think the stock Maf is good for at least 500hp

 

the HKS Suction kit pipe is only large on the intake end, on the other end, where it attaches to the turbo, is the same diameter as the stock. HKS 3037S mouth diameter is around 4+ inches, while the suction kit inlet pipe is around 2.5 inches. IT WILL NOT FIT. Godzilla, I would just recommend that you make a 4 inch custom inlet pipe connected to any kind of Air filter cone or cold air induction box.

You need the same intake kit as me, HKS Kansai Intake kit for 30/37 turbo kit, here is the kit installed.
