Go the Kelfords 272 with a Green or Red, you cant go wrong either way.

Add a fuel pump to this if you don't have one.

Cams and a tune won't cost that much at all. Think about it AMS INtercooler costs around $730ish give or take, you can get some GSC S2 for $599 give or take with a retune which will give you more power and gains than a intercooler which is really not needed at the moment.

I'd go with a set of Kelford 272's, a FMIC & then a tune

Personally I believe you'll feel a more noticeable difference in the cams before the FMIC, but do whichever you'd prefer first, either of those options can't hurt.
