Throttle Body Leaking

I pressure tested my car the other day, and found that when I twist the throttle body(can't think of what the piece is called, but it is the black piece on the side...maybe throttle cable latch??), it leaks. Has anyone else had this problem? Do I need a whole new throttle body, or just that piece?

Anthony
