Angry ABS (anti-lock) Light on!!!

Yesterday my ABS light came on briefly but went out so I thought everything was ok until today when it came on and won't go off. I called the dealership and I'm taking it in on monday to have it checked out.

I know it prolly only a sensor but it kinda pisses me off cause I've only had the car for 4000 miles. Where's the quality here? Also I've been noticing that my driver seats has been making creeking noises in right to left transitions and that pisses me off.

If these are the problems at 4k (along with crappy clutch and other creeks) what should I expect at 30k??

p.s. my integra type R never had any problems for 27,000 hard miles.

Did you get the car into any heavy water or mud?

Sometimes, the can muck up the sensor. My wrx used to throw the anti-lock all the time in the snow. I would just spray everything out and reset the ECU and it would be fine. Could be a bad sensor though.

As far as the seats creacking. There is another thread on that also. Do a search. They may have an answer for you. I agree the quality is definitly not that of a Honda, but really theres not a manufacture out ther that is.

I know someone had the ABS light come on and it turned out to be a G sensor

"my lateral g-sensor died, which also threw a code for the right rear speed sensor. so they had to order a new g-sensor"

What is the g sensor for on the car? is it used by the braking system to determine if you're actually stopped or not?

Most car and bike electronics are sensitive to voltage levels. If it started with a jump I think you might have a bad battery or a wiring issue (ground?).
