Forged Performance RE-Build

After seeing these two things Dylan (Tech working on my car at Forged) was not too confident that the rest of the motor was put together correctly as the transmission/motor were obviously put together sort of haphazardly.... So they decided to do a compression leak down test to ensure that at least the cylinders were holding air(due to bent valves), and they weren't after that they found the cylinder walls were scored which constituted the pulling apart of the bottom end to see what was causing it which led to the finding of improper ring gaps. Once it was competely stripped they found 3 of my 4 oil squirters were bent while one was chilling out in the oil pan.
Upon pulling the motor apart they found that lots of the hardware was hand tight, not propery torqued so they are just going to tear the whole thing down to crank rods and bearings and start again.

Good info, thats insane, I had an oil squirter get broken off on my 1G, def sucks but that was on a stock motor...I cannot believe that happening on a bilt motor, with all of that stuff found I would be asking for compensation from the other shop. Stories like this make me want to rock a stock longblock forever and ever.
How many miles were on the built motor?
How many miles were on the built motor?

Never tracked, never abused, never boosted past 23 psi, pure assembly/install error...The reason why I am trying to keep track of everything that was found to be done horribly wrong will be part of my case against them, I will be asking for just about all of the labor they charged me for back.
