Thanks bud!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of welds and the cleanliness of the merge collector. I have some better pics of the details of the manifold I will post up when I find

just for reference, if your front axle is missing a retaining c-clip, you'll still be awd and still have working differentials. the axles are splined, and unless it falls off completely, it will still work properly.

if your missing the clip, the axle most likely wont stay seated all the way and you'll leak fluid when the axle pulls out a bit. you also run the risk of the axle coming off completely (but that would be hard to do with the hub still attached.

so if your car was acting like an open diff, i would look at the diff.

Wow, that blows bigtime!! Hopefully getting some of the labor back (if not all and more) should help to pay for your current build. Sounds like she'll be a little quicker when you get her back!!

Yeah I imagine so.... +1mm valve's, full compression, no maf, more lift/duration on the cams, bigger hotside with the twin scroll manfiold, it should be mean.

Before this, it made 456 385 on pump on a dynojet...

Scorke is being very diplomatic. The list of mistakes on the car when it was brought to us is unbelieveable. We have documented everything and will have a very strong case against the previous installer of the motor. The few problems Scorke listed were a few from a very long list. We have been working hard and will have him back on the road as soon as physically possible. We can't wait to see how this car performs. It's been a pleasure working with Scorke and rest assured he is in good hands With Scorke's permission I am willing to disclose any information he would like released about the car.

Going to have to wait till I approach the people who worked on it the first time... After speaking with counsel I have been told its better to keep the information to myself until we present it to the people responsible.

When it's all said and done Ryan you can post up everything you want!!!

Feel free to post updates as you go along(regarding new stuff) just in terms of what was found to be wrong I/WE cannot share online here.
