Question Does RMR make a good exhaust?

Just wondering if I could get some feedback on RMR cat back exhaust system? Is there a better recommendation out there?

Thanks!!

I have the RMR exhaust system, but I didn't buy their cat-delete pipe because it sets of a SES light. I decided to go with the Ultimate test pipe that works well. I like the sound of it. I really haven't heard too many others though... My .02c.

I've had the RMR exhaust (and downpipe along with other parts) for over 11,000 miles now and I love it. It sounds great, doesn't rust, fits perfectly, etc. Some people want a louder exhaust (ie Buschur) or a quieter one (ie Ralliart), but this fits the bill for me.

If you are looking for a great exhaust that has a great sound , you can't beat it ! My fav 3 are RMR, AMS and B&B (all great IMO)

The RMR catback will run $570 plus shipping
The AMS catback will be $645 shipped
The B&B catback is also $570 plus shipping

Being in California , I could have the RMR dropshipped from Huntington Beach for cheap (prolly $40 or less) or you could pick it up for FREE !!!

absolutely love my RMR, has this bass to it that just give the car a sound of class, but honestly I haven't heard any other aftermarket exhaust systems on an evo in person, but the sound and look are perfect for my tastes.

Thank you very much for the feedback. It seems that the RMR has a great reputation.

I am going down to RMR thursday to get my cat back, down-pipe, and intake installed!!

Now the question is, will I feel some difference?

Thanks again,

Brian

Just s note, since you are going to RMR , the prices I posted above are my prices , not RMRs. Their price is $599 for the catback.

Just didn't want a mix up once you got there !!

Brian, when you go there, watch the install - you'll learn a lot about the quality of the parts and how easy this bolt-on stuff is to do. Also, you'll feel a big difference, both in sound and power. You'll hear the stock BOV very easily and the new exhaust will sound deep, not ricey. Tell the guys that Chris in Virginia said hi. You will be very happy with their work.

Chris

P.S. Check my registry pics or my profile pics for some shots of my installs there.
