Replace broken part, fill fluid (mitsubishi diamond ATF), bleed ACD via bleeder valve under tcase. You can run the pump manually (to bleed it) by turning the igniition key to on and holding gas pedal to the floor (do not start car). The pump will only run for a few seconds and then have a friend crack the bleeder and close. REPEAT many times - don't let the reservior run dry while your bleeding or you'll have to start over.

 

i cant find the part , and i contacted the mitsubishi dealer with email and they haven't replyed to me yet , Ooo and i always wondered what that sound was when the car was off and id press on the gas pedal it would make that sound , is that sound coming from there?

Probably already have the answer - but that solenoid is not available seperately. My old Evo was in an accident back in 05 and I had to buy the whole ACD pump unit (~$1700) - now you can find them used for ~$300 or so. As someone mentioned, don't drive car without the fluid / or at least disconnect the pump - otherwise you will burn it out.
