In my opinion is better to get all the exhaust pipes from one brand. You could go with xs turbo if you like, there are other brands like Cobb, BR. I am running in my car the Cobb turbo back and I like it, is not too loud and is a well desing exhaust.

Why do you list an Evo 9 MR, as your "Drive", and you just bought an Evo 8? Do you own two Evos?

At any rate, a 255 LPH Walbro FP would be a good first upgrade in light of your proposed mods. As for cams you might look into Cosworth M2's, GSC S2's, or the aforementioned Kelford 272's.

Yes, do an O2 housing upgrade as well as the turboback exhaust. Port the exhaust manifold and the turbine housing too. If you have an Evo 8, then you might want to pick up an Evo 9 turbo used.

Finally get a flash, aka, a "tune".

I say just take baby steps... Intake, turbo-back exhaust, walbro 255, and intercooler piping with the 9 bov. Then go from there.

GSC S2s. ive had HKS 272s before, the GSCs are far better for power.

HKS cams suck... Overpriced and underpowered.

HKS cams don't suck, but are overpriced. I liked the low to mid-range power they provided w/o the lope w/ the 264s.
