Angry Serious Problem EVO WONT GOOO

Ok so here's the issue. I had my car tuned and it was running OK i guess not what i was hopeing for. shortly after i had to get a new clutch cuz i killlllled it, stock clutch so who cares. I had the clutch put in like two weeks ago. and now when I try to go WOT It'll boost to 21lbs, but the car won't go. My buddy told me i was running rich which i was so i changed out the spark plugs same problem. I looked for boost leaks and all that good stuff i couldn't find anything. I'm getting to the point now where i just wanna cry cuz my car just won't do what i like it to do which is GOOOOOO FAST!!!! oh and the way it feels when it's doing this is like it's waiting for sumthing to give, pop, or let the car go like it's being pulled back.

One this though if i had it tuned on stock ECU and D/C the battery would that reflash my ECU and delete the tune? Help me
please.

MODS
AMS 3" turbo back
HKS 4 row front mount
HEADER (HAPPENS TO THE BEST OF US BROTHER!)
K&N C/A intake
255 WB fuel pump
HKS BOV
forgot the AMS MBS
Tuned by BatleGround

no, unplugging the battery will typically just clear out any learned trims. any noises or anything like that? CEL? check for hoses that have split/come off.

HHAHAHA yea well then that would explain why i'm running rich with a larger fuel pump huh?!?! i do have a CEL light but that bad boy came on as soon as i put on the exhaust. i went over all the couplers and there were no leaks. and no there really isn't any noises, just it sounds wierd when i'm WOT like i explained earlier.

Sounds like Batle Ground doesn't know how to tune.

I don't wanna say all that they have tuned plenty of evo's that ran better than mine. The reason why they couldn't get a good tune on it is cuz every time they tried to advance the timing, my knock sensor went crazy but there was no knock. so i had to replace that sensor. and i havn't had a chance to get back up there to get it finished. thats why i was wondering if D/Cing the battery would cause me to lose the tune they put on it.

well problem fixed, it was just a boost leak but it was hard to see the air intake was hiding it. but it's pulling harder than it did before so who knows how long that has been like that. and i'll get the anti foulers i was told by a few people that they didn't make them for the EVO but i saw some how to's on here so thanks for all your guy's help!!!!
