my custom 35r kit (pics)

heres some pics of my new setup... custom t4 top mount mani, precision gt3582r, turbosmart wastegate, custom 3in v-band downpipe.....
my plan is to max out my 1000cc injectors on e85... ive done a couple pulls on wastegate boost which is 20psi and damn, it defenitily pulls way harder than my 9 turbo ported on 30psi....ill keep you guys upddated next week when i get tuned on 25-26psi, and the outcome of the track
and i know i know about the oil lines i was just trying to get it running...i already ordered stainles steel lines

Looking good, does the hood close with that UICP? Looks like a tight fit. Great job though!

Thanks,

Michael

1000cc injectors are definitely going to limit you on E85 and a single pump, I would guess mid 400's on a dynojet. I was maxing out 1150cc injectors on a single pump w/ E85 and ~30psi, although I could have bought a little more headroom w/ a dual pump setup. Good luck either way with the tune

Nice. Just a little scared about how close that O2/DP comes to the radiator. Maybe its just the pic angle

I cannot believe you don't have some serious driveability issues. With the MAF coupled straight to the turbo like that it will tend to make the MAF read wacky things off throttle, due to the turbulence of the compressor wheel being so close. A rule of thumb is you want around 4inches between the maf and the inlet PER every inch of inlet you. So you have a 4 inch inlet, so youd wanna be about it 16 inches away. This is not always practical/ possible but give it as much space as u can
