Thumbs down Clutch failure , act MB7-XTG6

the problem : act xtreme duty 6 puk clutch failed right there.
Not much pressure on the pedal and gears wont engage when the engine is running. It engages when cars engine is not running.. means : you can put the gear in 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 5th R , but when the car is running it doesnt
if you try to put the gear in 1st and start the car , car dies just like releasing the clutch pedal when it is in a gear. so , i got almost half pressure on the pedal , it vibarets (shakes) when running and doesnt engage.

what can that be ?

TIA

A bit more info related to the clutch would help?

When did you put it in?
New throw out bearing?
Did this problem show up all of a sudden or did it gradually get bad?

Sounds like TOB died on you.

From how you describe things it sounds like your clutch hydraulic system needs to be bled or has a leak in it.

Sounds like TOB died on you.

a shop in San Jose/CA EIP installed it less then 10K miles ago.
so what happened is , the day before this thing happened , i was down shifting 3rd 3K RPM to 2nd. then i heard a noise little bit , the next time i pressed the clutch pedal half way it was there. the day after i start the car and little bit launch like 5K for 2 seconds , and pressed the clutch. then no more gear engaging.

dont know about the throw out bearing , i didnt purchase anything besides clutch kit

^ your kit came with a new TOB right? Rule of thumb is to replace the TOB EVERYTIME you change your clutch
