I completely agree.

And also, to those of you who say you don't get lockout, try shifting at 8500RPM and then eat your words.

I have to short shift at 7000RPM in order to prevent lockout, but that slows me down big time.

ACT Clutch Lockout Member #1 here.

Gonna use it for target practice once it comes out. Adjusted every which way from Sunday no help. Mine seems to be about 7800 and up anything below that it'll shift

Have to disagree Rev. I had my ACT for 75k+, I very much could shift the HDSS quickly. Old video trying to get the RT615s (255/40/17) to work...never happened.

Just got back from the track and could even break into the 11's because of the lockout issue. I had 1.6 60 foots and my best was 12.3 at 111mph. I make 458awhp and 478tq. Im going to try the shifter bushings

I remember seeing this from ACT Man himself - the lower engine mount can allow a lot of engine shift. That can translate into alignment errors on the shifting engagement.

I did not have the lower engine mount in that video. I picked one up when I was doing the F3.2.

That might help you also.

Forgot to mention I have Blox lower motor mount and solid underhood shift bushings

ACT still locks me out.
