Rebuilding an EVO; ACD Unknowns
Hey guys, I have a project at the moment, I have a wrecked 06, and have a good shell. This shell is just that, a complete shell, the only thing on it, is the steering rack and steering wheel, and the suspension so I can roll it. Other than that, it's empty.
Anyway, as I'm beginning my transfer of parts and all the fun things that entails, when my other evo was wrecked, it killed the ACD pump in the driver side front 1/4. Since, I have purchased another one, however, the lines to and from the ACD location were also demolished.
My question is, are these special lines for any reason? Or can I just re-route the lines with steel braided and not have to follow the stock routing of the lines? I don't know a lot about the ACD, other than what I've read on here, and the idea of working on it scares the **** out of me.
So looking for help, advice, suggestions, or better ideas.
Thanks!
