HKS Cams or Cosworth Cams
I am currently running cosworth M2 272/272 Cams but wanted to change and try HKS just seing if ppl recommend HKS...
I want more low-mid end power than high end for street driving.
Also do i need to change springs, valve stems ? i know head studs should be change for sure.

Yup, those are the only thing I'd recommend, but even then it might not be worth the hassle. Here's an overlay of two local (MN) IX's, one has Cossie M2's (red) and the other has FP 4R's:

Boost is similar, most mods are similar, but the blue car has a ported IM/TB. These are from different days/weather conditions so it's not an ideal comparo, but both are final results from pump gas tunes @ DB Performance. The 4R's seem to hit a little harder during boost onset on the street when stepping on it or inbetween shifts; the dyno does not tell the entire tale.
When you say you want more midrange, what specifically do you mean? You could do alky injection or E85 and pick up a ton of midrange torque...enough to make you giggle

Because the cosworth cams were on the car already when i purchased it but i am not sure if i should change em.
I am also running 550 CC injectors i haven't thought of getting a bigger turbo for another year or so... So i hope the injectors i'm running is enough for me to go up to 25-26 psi

Stick with the Cosworths and get a retune. Changing your current cam set up for anything else doesnt yield a one size fits all fix it to your problem. To be honest a good tuner can give you what you want out of those cams. Check the forums tons of great tuners on hear willing to help you out.
