also the thermal coating is pretty amazing i was questioning it at first but the engine temp seems to be alot cooler and the headers donbt give off as much heat as i expected them to do after i went canyon runnin = )

Ya I got my manifold on my DSM coated as well. With no heat shields it's a must.

Looks very nice. A couple of question.

Did the thermal coat come with the Headers?

How hard was it to intall?

What did you torque the bolts to on the engine and the turbo?

Thanks for your reply.

aight the thermal coating wasnt stock i got it done by g-force in ct., i didnt install the header cause i was lazy and just had JIC install it for me = /. as far as horsepower id say YES it added a very noticble midrange boost and a nicer tab bit deeper rumble = ) i would recomend the jic headers ! very well made very clean welds and i think vivid has a couple in stock and remeber they will price match on them so dont think you can get it else where cheaper! VIVID ROCKS!

Thats what I am also debating. I want to do a bigger turbo, but will have to wait, or I can just try to pull the most out of the stock turbo. It's such a hard decision!!!!!!!

i know = / i was gonna run the headers for a couple months then sell them but it took forever to get them thermal coated! so it cut my time on them short = ( but they are amazing and worth every penny
