clips, popped themselfs out of the engine bay??

hey guys whats up, I was looking under the hood of my evo tonight and notice, 2 things that didnt look right. I am missing 2 clips from my EVO that hold some stuff in place...I noticed this cuz the little air/ram air induction thingy had come out of the airbox lid.
Here is a picture(not my engine bay), but I modified it and circled the parts that just suddenly disappeared themselves. Has anyone else had a problem with these clips working themselvs out?? How can I get these 2 back for my car??
here are the two that popped themselfs out (again not my car, imagine the stock box and stuff still there)
I am missing these .......

Get one from a Honda, Yamaha dealer they're exactly the same as the ones on my Yam R1 holding the undertail on. To release them you do not need to get underneath and push up. Just push the pin in the middle down/in and its released. To intstall just push the pin out the opposite way then install and push the pin down till its flush. These are very easy to loose, I know.

You might want to check inside the air filter box that it is not sitting on top of the element......

Not the ones for the air ram.Their much smaller and work differently. The bigger one he has circled, near the hood release mechanism may be close, but the ones under the car thread in and out to release the tab.The clips on top you have to slightly push them in to release.

I have not had any come out myself. Did you remove these clips at some point and maybe not get them all the way back in?

These clips, espically the ones for the airbox,do seem kinda flimsey. I would try what someone else said and find some aftermarket ones that are a little more stout. They should be fairly easy to find. I know a few people have reported that if they come out, your intake nozzle flaps up against the inside of the hood, blocking off the air causing some hesitation problems at certain speeds.

Im gonna check mine tonight.

I lost a intake clip once. I replaced it with a clip from Lowes. It isn't exactly the same, but it fits perfect.
