almost positive because exhaust would rattle every time i press on the throttle in any gear, this happens only in first gear when im slipping the clutch and giving the car some gas.

I would guess Downpipe.
I see MEGAN in your sig, I beat mine with a hammer to keep it from rattling against the cross-member.

Do you feel anything in the pedal? Anything in the gearshift? Car drive fine?

Could be downpipe, motor mounts or 1st gear itself

I'd still look everywhere you can, the clutch use at the friction point can induce some vibration that may interact with that noise you are trying to find. In my opinion that could be anything from rocks in your cat heat shield (poor example) to something internal on the clutch requiring removal of the trans.

thanks for the help guys.

yes the car drives fine and no what am I supposed to feel in the pedal?

What the weirdest thing is that this only happens when i first start the car and put it in first and slip the clutch and give it some gas. once the car has been driven for a little the noise completely goes away.
