BBK Full or HTA FP Green?
I'd go with the Tomei Arms, MAP sst, or BBK full.
the SST may not give you the power you want, but the BBK or Tomei should be good choices.
I'm actually looking for exactly the same things you are: stock frame turbo, 450-500whp-ish range and my car is my DD too.
Feel free to PM if you come across some good info...

Im going to get the BBK full. I love the power delivery it gives, its great use for 91 oct and how tame it is for a DD. not to mention the turn around time for one is 5-7 days instead of weeks like it takes sometime for other turbos. I also love how cool CBRD is and how great there customer service treats people. Sometime customer service makes or breaks my decisions.

450-500 i say go fp red or bigger, otherwise you're gonna be disappointed later on. why get a smaller turbo that requires a crapton of boost to get your goal when you can get a mid range turbo to produce it with less boost and resulting in the turbo life lasting longer? if spool is a big concern then a get a bbk, if not go RED. inbetween the red and bbk is hta green......

from whats been shown.
our turbos take 2-3 days to ship (each built to order)...
the red does work well at higher boost...

I suppose they are to different to compare really. your turbo can make nice power on **** gas while the others cant. the others also have more lag with spoolup, which is an important factor for most users. If I was the op and wanted to stop at 450whp i would be researching the bbk and fp green... fp green will obviously be more laggy since its bigger, and the bbk will remain stealth appearing since its still in stock compressor...
with that said if I was the op I would probably get a BBK full IF my goal was 450whp , since that wont be very hard to do on bbk and you will get the same spoolup speed and not sacrifice anything inbetween, while at the same time room for more HP if needed later on.. but if hes happy with 450whp then he has no reason to get a turbo thats going to sacrifice spoolup time....... spoolup time is a huge concern for a street vehicle (atleast to me)

I think you would be very happy with the BBK for your power goals. The power dilivery is great and it makes nice power. I have one of these on my daily driver and have been very happy with its performance. Feel free to PM me with any questions you may have. I would be more than happy to help in any way I can

we built our turbo with stock like delivery in mind, and product delivery times in mind

we have made 430whp on our mustang dyno on pump, stock block on the bbk full...
typical cars are 375-410whp with the supporting mods that we recommend (proper intercooler etc)... on 92-93 octane...
we have a few clients making 440whp+ on dynojets with the BBK full on pump
Cheers

Thanks guys!!! A lot of good info you guys are giving. At first I posted that my goal is between 450-500awhp, well I've changed it. Now its 400-450awhp. Reason for that is because the car is going to be my DD and like cij911 said, I want reliabiliy. Since thats the case, I'm really really leaning towards the BBK.
Just remember, if you decide to go with the BBK, we just may send you a huge box of crap!!!!

The numbers came back on the second dyno and reinforced our beliefs that it would be 470/410ish. The bump in the power curve was not MIVEC, it was merely running out of fuel near the top. I have bought a double pumper, but am also looking at a few shortblocks and other goodies to reinforce the motor as it is now. Now, this is a conservative tune I am running. We could have easily hit higher numbers, but I wanted to be safe as this is my DD. After the 2.27 (i think this is the one im going to get) shortblock from AMS and the new valves, springs, etc. we expect to hit 500/460 with ease with a conservative tune.
As I said before, this turbo has worked extremely well for me. It all depends on what your looking for...

dtrackstar, Chad would be a better person to direct that question to, as he's got much more technical knowledge than I do. I know that we haven't done much with E-85 because of it's scarcity around here. I also know that GST Motorsports, being in Cali, has done a number of E-85 BBK's with stellar results.
