Hi, I want to get rid of my Racepro BOV which came on my Evo V. I was thinking best would be to just get a factory one and plumb it back in. I've been told an evo 9 bov is a good factory upgrade and I have found a evo9 bov, intake and box for sale. I would just use the bov but would I need extra parts such as a hoses to fit this to my evo 5 and have it plumbed back in?

Otherwise is it worth just getting a decent after market BOV and getting that plumbed in?

I've always been under the impression that external BOV's are a waste of time unless it's tuned and set up for it, would I be correct?
