Running lean all of a sudden?? How so?

Running lean all of a sudden?? How so?
So my buddies Evo 9 has a pipe kit, full exhaust, MBC, and tuned to 24psi on pump gas and ran great for 8 months until lately it has started running horribly lean. Its in the low 15's at WOT. Of course he has stopped going WOT due to the air fuel being lean but what would cause it to happen without changing anything. Also the idle is sometimes kind of rough where it will dip down to 7-800rpms and then back to normal.
The fuel pump has been replaced with a Walbro and has turned down the boost a few pounds to see if that helped and it didnt, also put a fresh set of plugs in and thats the only changes he has made.
What would you suggest trying?
