White=water/coolant issues. Probably a head gasket like you mentioned.

Blueish White=oil. Look closely and make sure there is no blue tint to it.

Look take the head off send it out to get machined like $150 and a head gasket like $50-80. It could be either my friends honda was blowing pure white smoke, we take the head off to find 3 valves with huge pieces missing and the head gasket looked new.

Sounds like a head gasket to me. Go to the local parts store and pick up a bottle of BARS Block Seal. It doesn't work all the time, but its only $9 so its worth the try. My dad's ford ranger blew a head gasket, I used the block seal and it fixed it. Its been running for 2 years since that happened with no problems. And just recently tried it on my girlfriends car, worked on hers too. Like I said, for $9 its worth a try.

Alright. Thanks. How do i seal it? Just use the seal to seal the whole engine block?

Yeah, sort of. The bottle has instructions on it. You have to flush the radiator and cooling system pretty good then put it in, fill it with water and let the car idle. Then drain it and let it sit for a day, fill it back up with water and if its a small leak, that stuff will fix it.
