excessive amount of smoke from exhaust
ok, if you have wht anything in the oil--its water so you have a blown head gasket--compression test wont tell you that as you discovered. ( unless you have a big gasket issue) - pull the head have it milled flat replace. case closed.
Check your shaft play to verify your turbo is not going bad. If you are losing oil pressure (the reason your light is coming on) you are destroying your rod bearings... not good.

If it where valve guides like suggested there would be some nasty sounding tapping noises going on. I just had this on my car.
My bet is on the Headgasket like others on the board. I have had headgaskefs go on other cars, and this sound like the same thing I was experiencing. I did this to one of my cars because I was having a hard time identifying if I had a bad headgasket as well.
Set everything to TDC and take a spark plug out. Shine a light in the hole and of it is intact the headgasket, you will see small droplets of water sitting on the head of the piston.
Goodluck.
