So sounds like I need to get a brande new oem manifold, get it ported and coated. Then get an fp black or 80mm red and that should guarantee me 500hp. Now what should I do about the o2 housing? Should I get a true 3 incher just keep my Megan ported and coated o2 housing.?

Also do I need a wastegate or anything else?

Possibly a tial blow off valve?

Guessing I'll also need a bigger intake. Should I keep my maf or run speed density or does it not matter if I'm only going to be pushing 450.
What else will I need for 450? I have a 255 pump already

Many of your questions have been addressed in a number of places. Look at Buschurs or AMS stages and you'll get an idea of what you need in the way of supporting mods for your hp goals...

(1) You don't need a new manifold - either buy one used and have it ported or take yours off and have it ported and coated...

(2) You'll need bigger injectors and a better FMIC

(3) A ported TB and IM will help extract a few more hp from a larger setup

(4) A ported O2 housing will yield some hp gains

(5) You may want to consider a LICP - again a few more hp to be extracted

(6) You'll most likely need a new intake and filter (Speed density is not needed at your hp levels)

(7) Obviously you'll need a new clutch capable of holding the power

Now the most important piece is to determine the power you want and size all of the above accordingly...BTW, you are very close to CBRD - a great shop that has a great turbo BBK...You should give Chad a call and have him set you up...

ATP Makes a few Kits with Garrett Turbos that bolt up to the Stock Manifold. I use to have a GT35R version from them and I like it a lot only thing I recommend to do is port the Turbo and Manifold for a bit fast spool up
